The property is fully equipped (with washing machine, fridge, microwave oven, gas cooker etc). The private room is furnished and can be closed. The kitchen, the bathroom and the hall are shared.
Reliable high-speed internet throughout the apartment is available.

The apartment is situated in a safe district with good public transport options, close to the underground M3 line, so the city centre and the universities can easily be reached by public transport, within 30 minutes. It has excellent public transport links, with both KÖKI Terminal and Határ út underground stations just a few minutes' way, providing quick and easy access to all parts of the city. Night buses also stop nearby.

Restaurants, pharmacies, shopping facilities are all nearby including shopping malls Shopmark and KÖKI Terminál. Sports grounds and swimming pool are also available in 10 minutes by public transport.

Bringing dogs and cats into the apartment is not allowed but rodents are allowed.
