The apartment is in a quiet one-story apartment building. Everything is nearby. You can sit out in the garden on a covered terrace for breakfast, or just be and enjoy the Wekerlé existence.

The flat rate includes internet, gas, electricity, common costs, water and sewage in case of normal, not excessive use. The cost of utilities is 10,000 HUF, which is paid separately.
Pets are not allowed. The house is quiet, you can sit out in the garden, there is a designated smoking area outside the building.
Kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other room occupants.
