If you rent this apartment, Baross Square and Keleti Railway Station are both only about a 5-minute walk away.
What does that give you?
A whole range of shops, shopping opportunities, restaurants, services and amenities…
There are also bank, pharmacy and medical practice nearby.
And when it comes to getting around, you can choose between two metro lines (M2 and M4). At Baross Square, there are so many buses passing through that it almost feels like a train… not to mention the trolleybuses!
So, I can wholeheartedly recommend this renovated, fully equipped and furnished one-room apartment with a gallery, located on the 1st floor of a well-maintained building, featuring:
modern plastic windows with roller shutters,
air conditioning,
complete furnishings and household appliances,
and heating provided by infrared panels in addition to the heating/cooling air-conditioning unit.
There is, however, one thing you should be aware of: one of the room’s windows faces the staircase, while the other overlooks the building’s inner courtyard.
Therefore, please contact me only if this is not an issue for you.
Because although the utility costs are remarkably low — approximately HUF 25,000, including the common cost! — the main attraction here is not the view from the windows.
It is much more about peace, quiet and relaxation, provided by the thermally and acoustically insulated windows and the 55-cm-thick walls.
