Our beloved apartment, originally refurbished for our own use, is now available for rent. It is located on the corner of Garay Square, close to Városliget (City Park), on the 3rd floor of a classic Budapest courtyard apartment building that underwent a complete exterior and interior renovation around 15 years ago. (Please note that the building does not have an elevator.)

The apartment is 73 m² and has a practical, well-designed layout. It was fully renovated about 10 years ago and comes fully furnished and equipped with appliances, including an electric oven, gas hob, refrigerator, washing machine, and portable air conditioner. Most of the furniture shown in the photos (or equivalent) is included.

The spacious kitchen overlooks the inner courtyard and has a window as well as enough room for a dining area, making it a comfortable space for cooking. The large bathroom includes a bathtub. The kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and living room all open from the entrance hall. The bedroom is accessed through the living room and does not have a separate entrance. Both the living room and bedroom feature large windows facing Garay Square and the Garay Center.

The apartment has a north-south orientation. The sunny, south-facing kitchen and bathroom are fitted with exterior shutters for shade, while the living room and bedroom are located on the cooler, north-facing side of the apartment.

Monthly utility costs, including the building's common charges, are typically around HUF 40,000. Heating and hot water are provided by an individual gas combi boiler.

It's a typical downtown location: the nearby Keleti Railway Station has excellent public transport connections (metro, buses, trolleybuses, and trams), while, the quieter side-streets offer a farmer's market, cafés, shops, and restaurants. Városliget is approximately a 10-minute walk away: excellent for training, walking or just relaxing.

The building has a secure bicycle storage room, and you can easily get around by bike. Car registration is also possible for street parking.
