Hi there!
I’m offering my recently renovated apartment for rent on a short-term basis, from 1 to 6 months.
The apartment’s size is 60 sqm plus a 10 sqm loft.
The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet have been fully renovated — new wiring, appliances, a new electric boiler, and an electric heating panel installed in the bathroom.
The rooms have been partially renovated: freshly painted walls and newly floored loft.
Heating is via gas convectors. During the winter months, the heating cost was usually around 6-8,000 HUF. The common cost is 20,000 HUF, electricity around 8,000 HUF, and water about 3,000 HUF.
Altogether, even during the winter, the total utility cost plus common charges never exceeded 38,000 HUF. With two people, we easily stayed within the government-capped consumption limits (both electricity and gas).
The location is excellent: a quiet street, close to City Park (Városliget), yet the city center is just a few minutes away. It’s right next to Király Street, only 1 minute from Lövölde Square and a 5-minute walk to Hunyadi Square.
I renovated the apartment for myself, so the most important thing for me is to find someone who will truly take care of it. If you see yourself in this and like the apartment, feel free to reach out!
