Description
Dream home in Peterdy street, with lot of light and huge interiors available for rent.
I offer for rent our beloved home. It has 2 big 22 squermeter rooms, with 4 bright windows, air conditioning, washing machine. The flat orientation is west-north, so you can enjoy every day the sunset, because the other house on the street's other side is one floor smaller.
The bathroom is equipped with washing machine and with a 2 person shower. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. The kitchen is small in a cute way, all of the technical stuffs and furnitures are included which are visible on the pictures.
Equipment: only a part of the furniture shown in the pictures will remain in the apartment.
- everything stays in the bedroom, we only take the armchair. As you can see, this room is air-conditioned, and it is sized in such a way that when the door is open, both rooms are quickly cooled by the air conditioning
- we will take the TV, coffee table and the entire gallery furniture from the living room.
- the bathroom remains as it is, equipped with a washing machine
- we don't plan to take anything from the kitchen either. We also have a spare, third bar stool if needed for guests.
- unfortunately there is no dishwasher. The oven is a small electric oven, the hob uses gas
