This 4.4-acre urban development area in Várpalota is located 500 metres away from the M8 highway, on asphalt road. It is suitable for solar panel park, logistic basic or production site. Its cultivation branch was an exempted industrial site, currently it has been downgraded as a pasture.
The area’s construction classification according to the building code: Gksz-1. The 20kV ÉDÁSZ network crosses the corner of the site, disconnection can be solved directly from the pole. Bakonykarszt Zrt. can provide water from the Várpalota-Péti standpipe to which the casing of the pipe is under the MÁV railway line. The former industrial site received water in the same way years ago.
The track of the new road bypassing Várpalota from the southern direction is in the plot’s neighbourhood.
The former coal sorting has been demolished, the area was recultivated by Észak-Dunántúli Bányavagyon-hasznosító Rt., therefore, the area is in an orderly state.
The area is situated directly next to the MÁV main railway line; the area also has an industrial railway siding.
Due to the lack of a sewage, water treatment system in the area can be implemented only in a closed system.
