We are looking for a young, Hungarian lady as a tenant of one of the two rooms of our flat in 3rd disctrict of Budapest.
It is important to be Hungarian because in order to sign a flat renting contract we expect the person to sign an agreement in the presence of a public notary that she will leave the flat when the renting period terminates. In order to sign it we have to translate it into the mother tongue of the tenant and we have to hire an interpreter to ensure that the tenant understands everything properly. It means an extra high cost of the whole legal process.
We expect a lady because one lady is living in the other room of the flat at the moment.
