The landlord is committed to cleanliness, checks the maintenance in the rental property every month and expects cleaning, gentle and careful treatment of the flat’s equipment by the tenants. Since all of the furnishings and fittings are brand new or like new, the tenant is responsible for any deterioration that occurs during the rental period, and must repair or replace it at his/her own expense if it’s damaged or broken.


You can rent only the whole apartment (NOT separated rooms!) with 2 months rental fee as deposit for a long term rent (contract and proof of payment in English). The monthly rent is always payable at the beginning of the month, the first time at the conclusion of the contract.
