The utilities are low. The monthly common charge of the housing cooperative is 14,280 HUF, which includes the garbage collection fee, the water, sewerage, electricity fee for the common areas (lighting of common areas, elevators), maintenance costs (lock replacement, troubleshooting) and other items. This common charge must be paid by the 15th of each month. The Főtáv rate is approx. 13,000 HUF, gas is 4,225 HUF every two months, and the water fee must be paid to the housing cooperative every two months after reading the water meters.
The apartment is in need of major renovation. The large room and the kitchen have modern plastic windows, but the rest are of the old type. Unfortunately, an electricity meter needs to be installed. It needs painting, replacing the carpet and the covering, etc.
