I am looking for a kind, considerate, reliable, non-smoking tenant for long-term rental.
The apartment is 30 m², bright and furnished. (There is no separate bedroom.)
The kitchen window faces southeast, and the living area window faces southwest.
The kitchen is partially equipped.
(There is no oven, only a microwave with a grill function. There is no dishwasher.)
There is a designated parking space and a private storage room in the garden belonging to the apartment.
Vend Street is a quiet, leafy, one-way street, yet very conveniently located. Bus stops, CBA supermarket, Jókenyér bakery, ice cream shops, restaurants, pizzerias, Rózsakert Shopping Centre and many other services are all within a few minutes’ walk.
