Our beloved apartment will be available for rent in the next few years.
From experience, we know that the apartment offers very good spaces for both smaller and larger families, and the neighborhood is also ideal. It's a one-minute walk from one of the city's best parks, within walking distance of several large grocery stores, the Mammut shopping center, theaters, libraries, restaurants, bistros, excellent playgrounds, nurseries, kindergartens, and schools. The location is also excellent in terms of public transportation: Széll Kálmán tér is reachable within 5 minutes, and Nyugati railway station within 10 minutes, with the stops for the 4, 6, and 17 trams just a one-minute walk away. The area is also very bike-friendly.
The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a seven-story condominium. The building is well-kept and clean, with a friendly community of residents. The building has its own private garden with large chestnut trees and a beautifully maintained flower garden, creating an oasis along the boulevard. In the morning hours, the pleasant chirping of birds from the garden can be heard in the kitchen.
