When leaving the house, the view with the Danube and the Parliament is marvellous. For sport you can use the bicycle roads in front of the house, or the Margaret island is very close too (5 min) for the lovers of running. For commuting you can use M2 from metro station Batthyány tér or trams 19 and 41. The area is enchanting with clean streets, many shops, new wave coffee shops and perfect bakeries. All the necessary services are reachable by walk (post office, hairdressers, bank, Mammut).
We have just finished a reconstruction, but many parts (including tiles, flooring) has not been recovered, so the flat is not recovered fully. I am writing this because the pictures don't show these.
