In Budapest, in the Castle District, 2 minutes from Matthias Church and the Fisherman's Bastion, I am offering my historic-style, vaulted, ground-floor apartment with windows overlooking the street for rent. The apartment was renovated 6 years ago, its kitchen and bathroom are modern, but I would like to make minor repairs and paint it before long-term rental, so ideally I would hand it over 1 month after the agreement.
The apartment is furnished:
1 double sofa bed,
1 bed,
1 cot.
The window of the back room of the apartment overlooks the courtyard.
There is no air conditioning or dishwasher.
I would recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet, historical place within Budapest, for whom this special location is an important aspect. Tourist traffic on this section of the street is not significant, and it is quiet in the evening with the window open. I didn't install air conditioning and I don't know if it's possible, because the walls are so thick it's cool even in the summer.
