Technical description:

The building is insulated (10 cm of insulation); the windows and doors are made of plastic; the lighting throughout the building is being upgraded, with modern LED panels being installed. Heating is provided by a private condensing boiler (installed two years ago) with radiators (the horizontal heating pipes near the ceiling will be enclosed in boxes or covered with drywall). Eight new, uniform-looking air conditioning units have been installed in the building. Handover will take place after painting and the replacement of heated flooring (laminate flooring will be installed in all rooms with heated flooring). We have already repainted the exterior of the building; it now features a white-gray design instead of the previous white-blue one (the interior will also be painted this way), and the exterior cold-surface flooring has already been repaired. The previously damaged sliding gate has been repaired; it still needs to be painted.
