Description
In Budakeszi, at the Calvary Hill, in Jókai Street, a family house built in 1992 with an eternal panorama is for sale.
The 684 m2 plot with a terraced design sloping downwards from the street faces northwest. Due to the characteristics of the plot, the 2-bay garage and storage room were located at street level. The family house can be accessed by stairs on the plot, which is a combination of a terrace house and an atrium house based on the plans of Jenő Kajdócsi. The designer originally intended the upper floor (living room + kitchen + 2 bedrooms + walk-in closet + bathroom + toilet + hallway) as a parental apartment. The lower level (living room + 2 bedrooms + bathroom + toilet + storage room + laundry room) is used as a children's apartment.
On both floors, a terrace accessible from the living rooms has been created, from which a wonderful panorama opens, including the Elisabeth Lookout Tower.
Next to the main entrance of the house, there is also a small lounge, from where you can also enjoy the sunset due to the northwest orientation.
From a building engineering point of view, the house is heated from a gas boiler located on the lower level, with combined floor and radiator heat output.
Structurally, the house is on monolithic concrete strip foundations. The vertical load-bearing masonry was built with a 30 cm thick poroton brick thermal insulation base and bark plaster. The slabs are monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The thermal insulation is 10 cm therwolin sheet with a ventilated solution. The exterior doors and windows are made of plastic with a wooden frame lining.
