Description
We are renting out our fully equipped, furnished, and renovated part of the house in Badacsonytomaj for the period from November 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. Outside this period, it operates as vacation accommodation. The other part of the house is currently not occupied.
Within the above 5 months, it can also be rented for a shorter period by agreement, but for a minimum of 2 months. It is ideal for those who want to retreat to Lake Balaton during the quiet winter season and work from home.
The house part is comfortably suitable for a maximum of 4 people for longer stays. On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and separate toilet; upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, and the larger one has a covered balcony. The house is insulated, heating is provided by a portable heater in the living room, cooling-heating AC in other rooms, and a towel radiator in the bathroom. The living room has a smart TV, there are also LCD TVs in the bedrooms, 100+ TV channels, and high-speed, reliable Wi-Fi is available.
The house is located in the center of Badacsonytomaj, within walking distance of a grocery and tobacco shop, doctor, bank, post office, pizzeria, train station, electric car charger, the shore of Lake Balaton, and the wine route. For more information, send a message on Whatsapp.
