Its location is at the foot of Badacsony Mountain in the old village, but close to nature: the mountain and Kisfaludi lookout tower are visible from the garden, the area rich in hiking trails invites you to active relaxation in addition to relaxing by the water. Wineries and restaurants are increasingly providing local gastronomic and cultural experiences at a high level.

The property is located in a secluded, quiet street in the historical center of Badacsonytomaj, 850 meters from the local beach. The character of the house is determined by the exposed beam ceiling connected to the white walls built of basalt and the shuttered windows. The massive walls maintain a pleasant temperature all year round, which is constantly refreshed thanks to the built-in ventilation fan.

On the spacious south-facing terrace, guests are welcomed by Balaton furniture for 6 people, and in the hall, an Indonesian teak dining set that can be expanded to 10 people. Crockery, glasses, cups, bed linen, towel sets (small, large, double for each person), blankets, bedspreads, hangers in the closet, rubber kayaks, bicycle, sun loungers, charcoal garden grill in the garage.

Two Art Nouveau sideboards were redesigned and supplemented with stainless steel elements, and here we have placed the washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove (with electric oven), microwave, refrigerator with freezer (blender, raclette table grill, Bialetti kettle, kitchen equipment, textiles, selective trash can, etc.) and we have also created a small breakfast corner.
