We are offering for sale a 42 m², second-floor apartment located in a historic, listed building constructed in 1895 on Kazinczy Street, a pedestrian street in Budapest. The apartment is currently operating as a short-term rental accommodation.
The apartment is accessed via the building’s inner courtyard garden and a staircase located further away from the street. As a result, the noise from the lively street atmosphere does not reach the apartment at all.
The staircase and the inner courtyard are in need of renovation.
Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed by an entrance hall and kitchen. To the left, there is a spacious living room, while to the right, there is a bedroom with a mezzanine level. The bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, is located at the far end of the kitchen.
Heating is provided by a gas convector, while cooling is provided by a split air-conditioning unit.
Due to existing guest reservations, the apartment will be available for possession from the second half of January following the purchase.
Please note: The short-term rental operating permit is non-transferable. To date, the condominium’s general assembly has been supportive of granting permission for short-term rentals. This year, the permit was renewed for us unanimously.
