The apartment is recently renovated and furnished in an Art Deco style, inspired by Wes Anderson in the colours, details, and symmetry.
The City Park (Városliget) is only a few hundred metres away, close enough to use it as your neighbourhood park rather than somewhere you occasionally visit.
A quick note about the kitchen: the current photos still show the old kitchen. A completely new kitchen is now being installed and will be finished before the apartment becomes available in October. One of the images shows the render of the new kitchen.
The new kitchen will have brand new appliances, including a dishwasher, oven and induction hob, as well as considerably more storage. The upper cabinets are 100 cm tall, so there is much more cupboard space than before.

Getting around is easy: there’s a MOL Bubi bike sharing station less than 200 m from the building, and trolleybus 74 stops right outside and goes directly to Deák tér (Budapest's central square).
