One of the biggest advantages of the apartment is its location: Hév is 1 minute away, Kolossy Square is 2 minutes away, Lajos Street is 2 minutes away, and Árpád Bridge is 6–7 minutes away on foot, so Buda and Pest can be quickly reached in several directions.
The apartment is located in a tidy, cultured and quiet house with a pleasant residential community. The bright, spacious room has large, new exterior windows and shutters. Comfort is ensured by a new air conditioner, and the windows offer a beautiful, panoramic view.
The layout of the apartment is practical: the room is spacious, the separate kitchen is smaller, but suitable for meals. There is a bathtub in the bathroom.
The apartment is clean, tidy and carefully maintained, and is rented furnished. It is in the process of being tidied up (the pictures were taken in the meantime). We are open to minor furnishing or aesthetic changes – such as painting, replacing or rearranging some furniture – by agreement.
We rent for a long term, with a correct rental contract and invoice. The invoiced rental does not mean any additional costs for the tenant, but at the same time it means a clear, transparent and secure rental relationship. As a reliable owner, we are looking for a long-term tenant who will take care of the apartment and consider it their home.
We are primarily looking for a quiet, reliable tenant, ideal for 1-2 people.

The apartment can be viewed flexibly, moving in is possible from the beginning of September.
