Rent: HUF 250,000 + VAT per month

Utility costs:
– heating service: HUF 40,000 + VAT monthly flat rate
– water fee: HUF 20,000 + VAT monthly flat rate
– electricity: actual consumption based on meter readings

Based on previous experience and depending on electricity usage and operational intensity, the total monthly utilities may reach approximately HUF 200,000.

Minimum lease term is 1 year.

A parking space in the underground garage is provided free of charge with the rental.
Parking is also available on the street in front of the building for delivery vehicles.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The catering venue’s own branding and logo can be developed in harmony with the hotel’s image, subject to prior consultation.
