Although the Gozsdu udvar is just 50 metres away and several of Budapest's iconic nightlife venues are within walking distance, the apartment still offers a quiet, livable environment. (Its excellent soundproofing we owe to the flautist who lived here before.)

Transport is excellent: three metro lines at Deák tér, 400 metres away, and tram lines 4 and 6 at the corner of the Nagykörút and Király utca, 600 metres away. The apartment is fully equipped and ready to move straight in. The photographs are from 2022; the floor tiles have been renewed since.

The residential community is quiet and friendly. Parking in the party district is not easy, so the car park around the corner is recommended; bicycles can be stored by the entrance or in the communal corridor. The apartment has both a convector and electric heating panels. Smoking and moving in with pets are unfortunately not possible. Please, no agents — the apartment can be rented directly from the owner, without intermediaries. Available long-term, for a minimum of one year. Deposit: two months' rent.
