Structurally, the house is built on monolithic concrete strip foundations. The vertical load-bearing masonry is built with a 30 cm thick poroton brick thermal insulation base and bark plaster. The slabs are monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The thermal insulation is 10 cm therwolin sheet with a ventilated solution. The exterior doors and windows are made of plastic, with a wooden frame lining.
