A fifth-floor apartment for sale in a building with an elevator and excellent transport links in Víziváros, on the corner of Csalogány and Fazekas streets. It has a floor area of 39 square meters and underwent a complete renovation 10 years ago (see details below).

Upon entering, there is a hallway and an open kitchen/kitchenette with a built-in electric hob, oven and sink, with IKEA furniture in good condition. Next to it is a bathroom with a boiler operating on night electricity. Electricity is 2x25A, plus night electricity, thus reducing the electricity bill. From here, continuing into the hall, there is an easily separated bedroom area, followed by a bright, comfortable living room.
Széll Kálmán Square and Batthyány Square are both approx. 5-5 minutes walk, Lidl supermarket 3 minutes on foot, Mammut shopping center 5 minutes.
In good condition, unencumbered, ready to move in immediately.
