Regulations regarding zoning classification:
Section 65 (1) The garden agricultural area includes the former closed garden areas as defined on regulatory plans.
(2) In framed agricultural area zones, only economic buildings related to
a) crop cultivation,
b) vineyard and fruit growing and processing,
c) garden management
may be placed.
(3) In garden agricultural area zones, the following cannot be placed:
a) residential buildings or parts intended for residential use,
b) caravans, container houses,
c) separate outhouses,
d) agricultural buildings of industrial size (producing quantities exceeding personal use), processing facilities, agricultural machinery repair shops, animal husbandry buildings.
(4) Only one economic building can be placed on a plot.
(5) Cellars built separately or attached to the economic building may only be developed with earth cover and grassing.
(6) Buildings on the plot can be placed considering the following:
a) buildings must be located
aa) at least 5 m from the plot boundary adjacent to public space in the Mk/1 zone, 10 m in the Mk/2 zone,
ab) 3 m from the side garden boundary,
ac) 10 m from the back garden boundary,
b) the minimum distance between buildings (actual facade height) must always be observed,
(7) In garden agricultural areas, new public water networks can only be built simultaneously with public sewer construction. Until wastewater disposal via public sewers is ensured, the water network cannot be put into operation.
(8) Fence height may be up to 1.50 m.
