The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 4-story panel house, has a large living room, with a French balcony and a regular balcony. There is no elevator. The windows and the balcony door are equipped with mosquito nets and blinds. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hot plate, extractor hood, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a large shower instead of a bathtub and the toilet is in a separate room.
