Description

In the summer until August there is no need to use air conditioning at all, because the house does not heat up and stays cool due to the walnut tree next to it and the insulation.
The terrace is 40m2, there is a possibility to relax and grill.
The garden is grassy, there are many shady areas due to the trees.
The house has two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 half-room and a 12m2 room with a separate entrance, which we used as a storage room, but can also be used as a room, with a separate bathroom.
