THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in Budapest’s lively 7th district, at the easily accessible beginning of Thököly Road, the property enjoys an excellent location that blends urban convenience with local charm. The area is known for its vibrant street life, excellent public transport connections, and a rich mix of tradition and modernity.
The building is situated in a part of the neighborhood where every form of public transport is within arm’s reach. Nearby, you’ll find classic Hungarian restaurants, local cafés, and small shops that contribute to an authentic atmosphere. A more modern vibe can be found in the surrounding districts, with their diverse restaurants, bars, and cultural venues.
The location is particularly convenient for both students and professionals. ELTE, McDaniel College, the University of Veterinary Medicine, and Keleti Railway Station are all within walking distance. Thanks to numerous tram, bus, and metro connections, the entire city is easy to reach.
Parks such as City Park (Városliget) are also nearby, offering space for running, walking, or relaxing in nature. The building strikes the perfect balance between vibrant city living and a comfortable neighborhood, making it an ideal starting point in the heart of Budapest.
The all-inclusive fee is €135 / person / month, covering all utilities, internet, and management costs.
A deposit equivalent to two months’ rent is required.
A one-time administrative fee is due before move-in.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
The rental agreement must be signed and respected by all tenants.
Required documents: copy of ID + proof of address
The deposit and administrative fee must be paid within 48 hours of signing the contract.
The deposit will be refunded if the room is left in the same condition as upon arrival.
The deposit cannot be used as the last month’s rent.
Tenants must keep the apartment and common areas clean and in good condition.
Parties, loud noise, and smoking are not permitted.
