Description
We offer for sale our beloved multi-generational family house, which can also be used for business and holiday purposes, in a quiet street in Sóstófürdő. We designed and built the house specifically for raising children and taking care of grandparents. We tried to find them a healthy environment that has good transport options, but is still far from noisy streets. The center of Sóstó can be reached within a few minutes' walk, which is why it is one of the most frequented and valued areas of the city.
The property was built in 1993 on a small hilltop, on a plot of 800 m², so the house is bathed in sunlight all day long, and its view of greenery exudes tranquility.
Our 2-storey house on the east and 3 storeys on the west consists of 3 easily separable units:
1.) A main living space on the ground floor of approx. 110 square meters, where: a (almost circular-panoramic) living room, a kitchen-dining room with a terrace, 3 bedrooms, as well as a bathroom-toilet and a separate toilet.
2.) Built in 2002 approx. In the 40 m² attic, we built two extra rooms for our teenage children, with an adjoining hall and a small shower-washroom-toilet room.
3.) On the lower floor with a separate entrance, we created a small apartment opening onto the garden, originally for the grandparents (room, kitchen, bathroom), which is, however, also suitable for an office, business premises, catering (approx. 37.5 m2).
The heating of all three parts of the apartment can be controlled separately and can be disconnected.
In addition, there is also a two-bay garage, boiler house, cellar and large storage area on the lower level - mostly underground.
