A nice first floor apartment is for rent in the 7th district, it is a 7-8 minute walk from both the City Park (Városliget) and the Eastern (Keleti) Railway, M2, M4 Subway/Underground stations and close to the Universities (e.g. 3 minutes from the University of Veterinary Medicine) in Nefelejcs street 45.

The apartment is only a 15-minute walk from the city center (Blaha).
You can also get home at night using several night buses easily (e.g. with the 973, 973A, 956 or 907 night buses).

The rooms are for rent primarily for single men.
We are looking for tenants for the 1 or 2-person Room D and for Room Bl.
Room A and Room C is also available, which are 1-person rooms.
Room D is the largest and also has 2 windows instead of one (~4,1x4,3 meters).
Every room have a window in front of the desk.

Room D can be seen on picture 2,3,4 and 5.

There is also a kitchen (5m2), a toilet and a bathroom and the apartment is on the first floor.

The rooms have curtains, beds, matresses, chairs and desks and we have a washing machine

I look forward to having trustworthy and quiet people as tenants, who do not wish to use the apartment itself for partying. There are several great opportunities for partying in the neighbourhood.

Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, but you can smoke on the corridor, bringing animals in the apartment is not allowed.

The rent of the large Room D with 2 windows for a single person is 129-149 thousand HUF+overhead costs, for 2 people it is 179-199 thousand HUF+overhead costs.

The rent of Room B is 79-99 thousand HUF plus overhead costs.

The rent of Room A is 99-109 thousand HUF and the rent of Room C is 89-99 thousand HUF plus overhead costs.

The approximate overhead expenses are approximately 20-30 thousand HUF per person, but depends on the actual usage and the number of tenants in the given month.

The renter gets back the full security deposit if I get back the apartment in the same way as I've made it available at the beginning.

Minimum rent time is 1 year/2 semesters.
