The area is very quiet, a park town atmosphere, lots of green space.
Minimum lease period is 12 or 24 months. (Shorter period subject to prior consultation.)
We are looking for tenants who also have a walk-in workplace, i.e. we are not renting out a home office together with housing!
- 1 bed room rent is 90,000 HUF/month and a monthly service charge of 10,000 HUF. (again available)
-1 bed mini room rent is 50,000 HUF/month and a monthly service charge of 10,000 HUF. (currently booked)
- 2 bed room for a couple, or one individual person is 130.000 HUF rent/ month plus 2x10.000 HUF service charge.( currently booked)
- 1 bedroom whole apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom , 200.000 HUF rent, and 23.000 HUF service charge (currently booked)
We ask for a 1-month rent deposit. A lease agreement is concluded and invoice is given each month.
Temporary address registration can be arranged.
Internet, electricity is included in the price. Water consumption at economical usage is included in the price, garbage collection is also included in the price.
Transportation is excellent. Buses, trams nearby.
