In Wekerle Parkváros, a 4-storey house on the QUIET side, a room for rent for a student or working COUPLE, furnished in a 2 room apartment.
The room is 12 m2, double bed, wardrobe, table, chair are part of the equipment.
Refrigerator, microwave and internet access are provided.
The area is very quiet, a real park city atmosphere, lots of green space. You cannot see the apartment from the street, because it overlooks a quiet inner courtyard.
The rental period is at least 12-24 months. (Need of shorter period subject to prior consultation. ) 2 people can live in this room. If two people are not looking for a room with a double bed, please let us know.
We are looking for tenants who also have a walk-in workplace, i.e. we do not rent a home office together with housing!
The rental fee is 120,000 HUF/month, plus a monthly utility flat rate of 20,000 HUF and 20,000 HUF common costs.
We ask for a 1 month deposit, with contract and invoice. Temporary address registration is possible.
Internet, electricity included in the price. Water consumption is economical in the price, garbage collection is also included in the price.
Transportation is excellent. Metro a few minutes walk and buses nearby. Shopmark within walking distance.
