A furnished apartment with a stunning panoramic view is available for rent in Veszprém, next to the Séd creek and Love Island, with move-in from early June 2025. The apartment will not be rented out on a first-come, first-served basis — we will choose the tenant based on mutual sympathy.
Located in the attic of a three-apartment building, it features air conditioning and modern roof windows with heat and light-blocking blinds. So you won't hear footsteps above your head, the morning sun can light up the living room and dining area even in winter, yet in summer you won’t overheat or be woken up at 5 am by the light. The mosquito-net blinds allow you to ventilate all day without bugs. You can enjoy your lunch while looking out onto a green park with a panoramic view of Veszprém Castle and Benedek Hill.
The total area of the apartment is 73 m² gross, which corresponds to approximately 55 m² of usable space due to the sloped roof. Ideal for a household of two or three people — we do not recommend it for families with more than one child.
The living room, dining area, and kitchen are open-plan, so you won’t feel isolated while cooking. The bedroom also offers a view of the peaks of Benedek Hill.
For us, the main advantage of the apartment was its wonderful internal atmosphere and the beautiful, high-quality surroundings. It simply feels different to wake up, live, and come home here than in a panel building or a modern residential park. This is a family house in a beautiful environment, with all the benefits such a home can offer — but without the burden of lawn mowing. There is no common maintenance fee, and thanks to the modern structure and mechanical systems built in 2004 and the LED lighting, utility costs are low.

Pets are generally not allowed, except for hamsters or indoor-only cats. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or stairwell, but is allowed on the covered terrace in front of the house.
While we are looking for a long-term tenant, we understand that life circumstances can change and you may not be able to plan that far ahead. Therefore, we offer the following rental conditions (utilities not included in the rent):
2.5 months’ deposit + 1 month’s rent payable in advance
Minimum rental period: 3 months. If you terminate the lease within 3 months for any reason, a one-time fee of HUF 200,000 will be deducted from the deposit.
If you stay for at least one year, we will waive half of the 13th month’s rent.
If you stay beyond one year, from the 14th month onward, rent will only increase based on inflation.
We issue an invoice for rent and utilities as a private individual (VAT-exempt).
