Description
For sale in Nagykanizsa, five minutes walk from both the central Erzsébet Square and Eötvös Square, in a quiet street, a terraced house built in 1981. The building was taken over by the current owners at the end of 2014, who were the first to carry out a full

The design of the house also allows for two or three separate living units to be created, so that a large family or two or three generations can live together yet separately.
The owners will be moving soon and do not wish to complete the renovation series, so the house is now being offered for sale on the current market at a very reasonable price, which, with some additional money, could be turned into a true multi-generational luxury home, making it an interesting investment opportunity, too.
