You can enter the courtyard of the three-apartment building through an electric gate, and the apartment comes with one surface parking space.

It features an American-style kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, and a separate toilet with a sink. There’s also a winter garden that can be used all year round, as it is heated with underfloor heating.
Heating is electric, plus there is a cooling-heating air conditioning system, and a gas boiler is also available. From the winter garden, there is a private storage space, which is 4 m² in size and suitable for storing bicycles or smaller motorcycles.
The apartment includes a 20 m² paved front yard, as well as a shared cooking stand with the other residents in the garden behind the building, and a private garden gazebo.
The apartment is non-smoking, small dogs or cats can be brought at your own risk.

At the time of signing the contract, a two-month deposit and one month's rent are payable. Utility costs are based on individual consumption and will be billed in addition to the rent.
