Our beloved, super sunny, 2.5-room, 2 years ago freshly painted, recently mechanized (new washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioner, refrigerator) apartment is for rent.
In addition to the 52m2, there is also a bonus 8m2 gallery in one of the bedrooms - because in addition to the spacious living room, there are also 2 separate rooms: ideal either for a couple with a separate home office room or a separate children's room (we used it both ways) - or for 2 friends sharing separate rooms (they have rented it like this before).
It's quiet, the windows open to the courtyard, and the transportation is unbeatable: Metro 2 (Blaha Lujza tér) and tram 4-6 (Wesselényi street) are within walking distance, but connoisseurs can also choose from all kinds of trolleys and buses within a few minutes' walk.
It is currently sparingly furnished, mostly the living room and the bathroom - the two other rooms are a blank canvas for you - though one of them also has an all-absorbing mega closet. (If you come to check it out the current renters’ furniture might still be there but they will take those away).
We want to find tenants who love and take care of this place at least as much as we did - in return, we are completely normal.
