• heating provided by two indoor and two outdoor Gree air conditioning units, each with 2.5 kWh performance, with documented regular cleaning and servicing. In addition, the bathroom underfloor heating and towel radiator provide comfort, while the built-in bioethanol fireplace in the living room offers a fully functional heating alternative with real flame and heating output.
• the bathroom is equipped with premium GROHE sanitary ware and a large 180cm bathtub for two, shower screen, rain shower, and ambient lighting
• a premium, generously sized kitchen was installed, with a total of 5 meters of countertop, including built-in oven, hob, microwave, extractor, separate washing machine under the counter, and refrigerator

Everything in this apartment was carefully planned and executed with a focus on modern comfort, optimal space use, and a premium living experience. The renovation lasted 9 months, during which I, as the owner, was present every day.
