Description
The property is located in a safe, quiet suburban area. Free of lawsuits and claims. The walls of the house are insulated.
Compact building form, which is the most favorable in terms of heat loss. Furthermore, the orientation of the building, its internal floor plan, the building materials used and the wall/window ratio have all been designed in a way that is favorable for energy efficiency.

Roof: welded steel roof structure. The roof is designed for the angle of inclination of the solar panel. Its design enables the placement of approx. 10-12 m2 solar panel flush with the roof for the efficient utilization of winter sunlight, the angle of inclination of this surface is 75 degrees. And to capture the summer sunlight, approx. 30 m2 25 degree pitched roof design is suitable.
