Location: Veterinary University 2 minutes on foot, 73, 74,78 trolley, as well as Spar, Lidl, DM etc. nearby. Keleti railway station (metro lines 2 and 4), tram line 4-6 10 minutes walk away. Corvinus, BME, ELTE can be reached by public transport in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, yet it’s excellent downtown location. There are not too many apartments in the block of flats, the house is also welcoming and friendly. The apartment is bright and overlooks the green courtyard of university next-door.
Equipment: The apartment was completely renovated this year. Due to thermally insulated doors and windows, overhead costs are low, for heating there is also a gas convector or an air conditioner. The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, an electric oven, an induction stove, a dishwasher, and an extractor fan. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, a window and an extractor fan, the hot water is provided by an electric boiler.
We have renovated the apartment for our own use, so we are looking for a decent, reliable roomers. We prefer applications from non-smoker university or college students.
