Rooms and kitchen face east and west, with beautiful mountain views to the west and tall trees to the east.

The building has free on-site parking while the neighbourhood is a pay parking zone. Public transport is excellent: Bécsi út (trams) and Florián tér (trams & buses) are only a few minutes walk away. The very heart of the city (Deák Frenc tér) can be reached around half an hour by public transport.
