Description
I am looking for a long-term tenant for a fully renovated apartment, for a minimum of 1 year. The apartment is unfurnished and features brand-new windows and doors as well as brand-new equipment, including a condensing boiler, one Daikin split air conditioner in each room (connected to the H-tariff!), and a gas stove with an electric oven.
The apartment also comes with a 4 m² storage unit. Parking is available within the gated residential complex. Moving in is only possible upon signing a notarized declaration of commitment to vacate the property, with a deposit equivalent to 2 months’ rent and the first month’s rent payable in advance. The notice period is 2 months.
The common charges include insurance, as well as maintenance and upkeep outside the apartment: gardening, water and electricity bills, waste collection, taking the bins out, and cleaning.
A small pet under 10 kg may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. I can also assist with arranging an internet connection if needed (UTP cables have been installed in both rooms).
Campona Shopping Centre and Budatétény railway station are directly accessible by bus within 8 minutes. Kelenföld railway station is approximately 15 minutes away by bus.
