I am selling my 54 m², 2-room apartment on Kaszáló utca, right next to the Rákos-patak. The flat is on the 3rd floor, debt-free, and all paperwork is in order for a bank loan (including the "Otthon Start" 3% loan). It is a traditional building, not part of the panel renovation program.
