The house:
The three-storey house is 540 m2 big, with an atrium. If we only look at the top two levels, there are 6 rooms with separate entrances, one of which can easily be divided into two. In these two top levels there is three bathrooms and a guest toilet and there is also a garden bathroom by the pool. (There is a wellness bathroom also in the lowest level as well - see below!).
Heating-cooling:
The heating is done with three types of heat emitters: there is a fan coil circuit, a floor heating circuit and a radiator heating circuit + PIAZETTA fireplace with air technology on the ground floor and a design fireplace on the lower floor.
Primary heating: New, warranty split air-water heat pump equipment.
Secondary heating: Buderus gas heater. Aquastic hot water tank.
Cooling: 12 fan-coils cool the house in summer with the help of the heat pump. Solar system: Longi solar power plant with a total capacity of 13,000 KWp (!).

Ground floor: The hall is not separated from the spacious combination of the living room-dining room-kitchen, further increasing the space and the amount of natural light entering. The cover features the wonderful "Rosone" stone inlay of the Italian Flor Gres ceramiche Reflex product line. Directly at the entrance is a guest bathroom with German KERAMIC sanitary ware. The kitchen is on the right. The huge, U-shaped counter of the graphite gray kitchen furniture continues in a circular breakfast table and bar table, connecting the kitchen with the living room. The counter and table - together with the sink - are entirely made of Corian (by DuPont). The table is accompanied by Italian design bar stools. In addition to the ceramic hob, there is also a gas wok hob. Water purified by reverse osmosis technology can be dispensed from one tap of the sink. The specially designed atrium living room is bathed in light from morning to night. Its central decoration is the Italian PIAZETTA fireplace. Thanks to the built-in air technology, it is not only a design element: it can be used to heat the living room, kitchen, and hall. Light flows into the living room from four directions and from above. Through the extra-large glass surfaces, the terrace and the garden almost merge with the indoor space, and in summer, you can even open the living room with the terrace by pulling a large sliding door. Looking out the windows, a huge, green surface soothes the eyes even in winter. Commuter and wardrobe in one: A glass door separates the "intimate" part of the house from the living room. Garden: • automatic watering system in the front garden as well • it is not possible to see into the interior of the garden • For the sake of the children and to restore soil life, the garden has been maintained naturally without chemicals. We used Humin Garden products instead of fertilizers. Thanks to this, the plants need less water and can withstand the hotter summer periods better. Lots of birds live in the giant row of green cypresses that hug the garden. • Valuable plants: least 50-year-old Japanese maple with serrated leaves, giant ferns, shade lilies, spherical amber, red-leaved Japanese maple, twisted sad hazel, ornamental pears, globular sloe cherries, yew trees, hydrangeas, lots of lavender, herbs, etc... • The huge, 80 m2, excitingly divided terrace and the sunbathing area next to the pool are completely modern and maintenance-free, covered with light gray WPC. One part of the terrace is covered and sheltered from the wind, where you can sit out even in the rain or in winter. There is a design stove here, which can be used for pizza baking and cooking.
