I am looking for an investor with references to develop and operate a ruin pub, a uniquely designed and styled garden bistro, etc...etc...
I would provide the location. In the form of a long term lease.
I have a 100% privately owned 13th district apartment building with all its flats and its inner garden.
The location is excellent: at the very beginning of Petneházy Street near the Pest junction of the Árpád Bridge (Árpád Göncz City Center).
The building is 370sqm and the garden is 220sqm. With minimal effort, the garden could be 40sqm larger.
