The apartment is located in a historically protected Art Nouveau building built in 1914. A full renovation was completed in 2018. It is situated on the 4th floor, and the building features an elevator. The apartment faces south, receiving plenty of sunlight throughout the winter. All windows face a small, quiet side street with very little traffic.

The flat is 111 sqm in total and boasts high ceilings. All original features—including Art Nouveau doors, door frames, windows, and handles—have been beautifully preserved. The layout consists of 4 large rooms: 3 bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room. Location
The Újlipótváros area of District XIII. is an excellent neighborhood with its own special atmosphere. It is widely considered the most kid-friendly neighborhood in Pest, featuring many parks and playgrounds. The area is full of charming cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and shops within a 1-to-4-block radius, meaning you can easily do all your shopping close by. The flat is just a short walk from the Danube promenade and is excellently situated for walking to many central sites, including Parliament Square, St. Stephen's Basilica, and Margaret Island.
