Fuse provides flexible housing for students and young professionals across five European countries. We offer fully furnished and equipped rooms, as well as a sense of community through our organized events. In Budapest, we have several apartments available in various sizes. Every room is fully furnished and equipped — tenants can move in with just a suitcase.

ROOMS

Our fully furnished single and double rooms are ready to welcome their residents, equipped with:
- Double and single beds with mattresses and fresh bed linens
- Desk and chair
- Large wardrobe
- Lockable door
- Ensuite rooms also available

THE APARTMENTS

Within the building, our 4 apartments contain a total of 20 rooms, including both ensuite and shared-bathroom options, as well as double-bed, single-bed, and twin rooms. Each apartment has been newly renovated and newly furnished.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Visegrádi Street is located in Budapest’s thriving 13th district and offers the perfect blend of residential tranquility and urban convenience. This popular neighborhood is known for its calm, livable streets, excellent transport links, and close proximity to everyday services and major city attractions.

Visegrádi Street itself is tucked away from the busy main roads, creating a peaceful environment. Yet cafés, restaurants, and shops are only a few steps away, contributing to the local charm. For a livelier atmosphere, the nearby Pozsonyi Road area and Lehel Market offer a vibrant mix of dining and cultural experiences.

The location is ideal for both students and professionals. Several universities are easily accessible, including Budapest Business School (BGE), IBS University, Corvinus University via the M3 metro, and ELTE (Eötvös Loránd University) just a short metro ride away. The Váci Road business corridor is also nearby, making commuting convenient for those working in corporate offices.

Transport connections are excellent, with the M3 metro available at Dózsa György Road and Lehel Square, along with multiple bus and tram lines, ensuring fast access to the entire city. For green recreational spaces, Margaret Island is just a short walk or bike ride away, offering peaceful parks, running tracks, and riverside paths.

IMPORTANT INFO

The all-inclusive fee is €135, which covers all utilities, internet, and management costs.
A deposit equivalent to two months’ rent is required.
A one-time administrative fee is due before move-in.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

The rental agreement must be signed and respected by all tenants.
Required documents: copy of ID + proof of address
The deposit and administrative fee must be paid within 48 hours of signing the contract.
The deposit is refunded if the apartment is left in the same condition as upon arrival.
The deposit cannot be used as the last month’s rent.
Tenants must keep the apartment and common areas clean and in good condition.
Parties, loud noise, and smoking are not permitted.

Rental prices vary depending on room type; the advertised price refers to a single-occupancy room with a single bed. Full pricing is available on our website.
