The garage can be opened via mobile phone, and the parking spaces are easy to access, making them convenient even for less experienced drivers.
It is important that we think about the rental in terms of years rather than months. I also require a security deposit solely to ensure that both parties take the agreement seriously. The deposit amount is equivalent to one month's rent.
