Detailed description of the Plans:
MONUMENTAL VILLA BUILDING, WITH TOWER APARTMENTS! (Building D)
The historical building has two defining residential floors, which are complemented by the tower rooms of the building. Keeping the main entrance to the building, we can reach the building on foot through the tower structure. By eliminating the current (multiple times rebuilt wooden and geometric) wooden staircase and wooden gallery of the octagonal reception hall, we are creating a new ceiling structure that makes the reception space of the tower elegant and the arrival generous. The residential functions of the building are revealed from this reception space.
On the upper residential floor, we placed the rooms of the 'living' zone of the apartment (arrival-reception area, living room, kitchen, dining room, winter garden) and a minimal additional bedroom function with a bathroom. From this floor, we can reach the lower residential floor via stairs, using the space provided by the original staircase, but completely rebuilding the structure. On the lower residential floor, we created bedrooms with bathroom blocks and a library (with an attached covered terrace). Through this covered terrace, we can access the garden connected to the lower floor. There are additional functions on two floors in the tower of the listed villa. There are currently two living rooms there, which we will transform, but we will keep this function. The spiral staircase connected to the tower allows access to these rooms, and the stone spiral staircase leads to the terrace at the top of the tower, which offers a beautiful panorama of the surrounding mountains. As a complement to the villa building, we will build a structurally independent underground garage on the south side of the villa. By creating a direct connection from the garage, we can enter the lower residential tower section. Those arriving by car can access the functions of the apartment from here. The garage can be accessed via a car lift, which is hidden by the surface covering on the top when not in use and fits into the dense vegetation environment, leaving no landscape scar, like a long and deep car ramp.
