It is about a 10-minute drive to Déli Railway Station, a 20-minute bus ride, a 4-minute walk to the cog railway terminal, and a comfortable 10-minute walk to the 21/212 bus stops. Normafa is a pleasant 10-minute walk away, and Apácarét is a 5-minute walk away.
The property faces the east. Summertime you can enjoy the view of the trees in the garden and, occasionally, squirrels jumping among them; in the winter, you can admire the panoramic view of the city and its lights. The apartment does not face the TV-tower.

The apartment is equipped with a water meter. It is suitable for Telekom internet/TV connection.
